These Terms and Conditions set out the basis upon which Fast Rabbit Pty Ltd, trading as This Accounting Revolution, agrees to provide accounting and business services to the Client.

This Engagement Letter includes the terms of a 52-week service agreement. The first 26 weeks are provided free of charge as part of our introductory offer. From week 27 onward, the fees for services rendered will be billed according to the pricing agreed at the outset of this engagement.

This Accounting Revolution will provide professional bookkeeping, accounting, compliance, and reporting services in accordance with the scope outlined in your Proposal or Engagement Letter. These services may be enhanced by the use of AI-driven systems (e.g., Cruncher Systems).

This engagement does not include audit or assurance unless otherwise expressly stated.

• Engagement commences on the agreed Proposal commencement date.
• This agreement is valid for 52 weeks, after which services may continue by mutual agreement.
• The first 26 weeks are free.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with 28 days’ written notice after the free period ends.

• Weeks 1 to 26: No charge.
• Weeks 27 to 52: Fees apply as per your agreed plan.
• After 52 weeks, engagement may be renewed under a new agreement.

Invoices are issued monthly from week 27. Payment terms are 14 days.

• Clients agree to:
  Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
• Cooperate with requests for documentation and communication.
• Review and approve reports, lodgements, or analysis in a timely manner.

This Accounting Revolution is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect personal and financial information only as needed to provide services. Information is:

• Stored securely using encrypted systems;
• Only accessible by authorised personnel;
• Not shared with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.

We also comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, and all software integrations or third-party systems we use are vetted to ensure they meet modern security standards.

We use licensed and secure AI platforms to deliver fast, high-quality services. These platforms:

• Are never used to transmit or store sensitive personal information without controls;
• Are operated by trained professionals using secure workflows;
• Help us reduce costs, enhance insight, and streamline communication.

Clients will be notified if any AI-generated outputs are used for analysis, insight, or reporting.

All original documents provided by the client remain the client’s property. Analytical and reporting outputs prepared by This Accounting Revolution are proprietary but will be shared in full with the client.

Our liability is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.

Some functions may be outsourced to qualified professionals or offshore service providers (e.g., FDAP). All outsourcing arrangements comply with the Privacy Act and applicable legislation.

By engaging with us, you consent to electronic communication (email, portals, SMS, etc.). You acknowledge the risks involved and agree to manage those risks appropriately.

Termination prior to week 26 can occur with no penalties. After the free period, either party may terminate with 28 days’ written notice.

Upon termination, all unpaid charges up to the date of termination must be settled. Termination does not waive obligations that have accrued or any provisions intended to survive termination (e.g., confidentiality, liability).

By engaging with Fast Rabbit Pty Ltd trading as This Accounting Revolution, you agree to the terms above. This engagement remains in effect for the agreed 52-week term unless varied or replaced by mutual agreement.
